How long does it take to receive payment?
At Penguin Plan Management our goal is to process valid invoices within one business day of
receiving, and the NDIS pays within 2-3 days. This means in normal circumstances invoices
will be paid in 3 – 5 days.
What happens if there is an issue with my invoice?
Our team will complete a check of all invoices to minimise any payment delays, if there are
delays or issues with your invoice then we will work with the NDIS or you, the provider, to rectify
the issue where possible.
